EB-5 Program
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was created by U.S. Congress in 1990 in order to stimulate the economy through quality job creation and capital investment through qualified foreign investors. Under the pilot program first enacted in 1992 and consistently reauthorized since, EB-5 visa's are set aside for qualified investors in USCIS approved Regional Centers. For more information on the program, visit USCIS.gov.
Our Center provides assistance to international investors seeking to gain lawful permanent U.S. residence through successful immigration-linked investment opportunities that allow foreign nationals to invest in the U.S. and receive permanent U.S. residency through the EB-5 visa program and the Immigration Act of 1990.
All projects have been carefully screened by our team of professionals. Today, qualified EB-5 immigrant investors and their family members have a fast-and-secure way to invest, live, work, study, retire and start a new life anywhere in United States.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is led by a vision of a better economy for the people and communities of the Appalachia region we serve, for there is no greater social good than providing quality jobs to people where they live.
We believe in the return on value by investing in economies that are developing around the assets of people and place.
We also strongly believe in partnering with projects that support our nation's military veterans and their families.
We hold a firm and trusted belief in the quality of business development opportunities in this region. Furthermore, we are confident in the USCIS EB-5 Program and understand how private capital can positively impact the Appalachia economy.
Our beliefs include a commitment to environmental stewardship built on a strong foundation. Today, we have made it a priority to support EB-5 projects involving best practices like master plans including land conservancy and facilities designed to meet LEED status.
