The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has approved 100% of I-526 Petition approvals for investors in Medical Campus One. The project was approved without any Request for Evidence (RFE) and went straight to approval.

This project, with construction already complete and the facility in operation, has generated over 1,600 jobs. These jobs primarily came from construction work and from Medical Campus tenants making annual lease payments. The North Carolina project is located in a targeted employment area (TEA) and is under the supervision of a nationally recognized general contractor and architect.
